AYCO SAS. is responsible for the processing of personal data. As persons in charge of the processing of personal data are customers and their employees and contractors.
The holders of the information may exercise their rights to know, update, rectify, request the deletion of data and revoke the authorization to use their data through the mechanisms of AYCO SAS.
Processing of Personal Data
AYCO SAS collects, stores, organizes, uses, transmits, updates and deletes the information, according to the purpose and treatment indicated for each of them.
The personal information that is processed by Ayco Sas has the following purposes:
- Employees: Collection, recording, and updating of information for the purposes of communication, accreditation, assurance, processing, training, authorization, reporting, statistics, planning, analysis, auditing, and any other purpose resulting from the development of the employment relationship.
- Contractors and their employees: Collection, registration, and updating of information for purposes of organization, assurance, auditing, statistics, reporting, interaction, sending information related to the contractual and commercial relationship and any other purpose resulting from their status as contractors.
- Shareholders: Collection, registration and updating of information for the purposes of communication, accreditation, organization, control, attention, information and performance of activities in which the Company's shareholders are related or linked and any other purpose resulting from their condition as shareholders.
- Communities: Relationship, communication, registration, updating, consolidation, accreditation, formalization, assurance, organization, control, legal defense, and management of the actions and activities in which the communities in the area of influence are related or linked to AYCO SAS.
- State/Authorities: Relationship, communication, interaction, collaboration, registration, accreditation, updating, consolidation, organization, assurance, attention, processing, legal defense, compliance and management of the actions and activities in which the agents of AYCO SAS are related or linked.
Holder's Rights
- Ayco Sas recognizes that, in accordance with Article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012, the holder has the rights indicated, with respect to their personal data:
- Know, update and rectify your personal data
- Request proof of the authorization granted to the Company, except when expressly exempted as a requirement for the treatment
- Be informed by the Company regarding the use it has given to your data Personal
- File complaints before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for violations of the following the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012 and other regulations that may amend, add to or supplement it. and complement
- To revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of your data when the treatment does not respect the principles, rights and constitutional and legal guarantees

Processing of Sensitive Data
AYCO SAS will apply the legal limitations to the processing of sensitive data and will ensure that the Data Subject has given express authorization for such processing, except in cases where it is not required by law.
Processing of personal data of children and/or adolescents
AYCO SAS will treat the data of children and adolescents as long as the treatment responds and respects the best interests of children and adolescents and ensures respect for their fundamental rights. In these cases, once this condition is verified, AYCO SAS will request the authorization of the legal representative of the child or adolescent.
Validity
The effective date of this Policy will be once this document has been approved and published. The period of validity of the database will be the same time that Ayco Sas exercises the activities of its corporate purpose. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the data will be kept for compliance with legal, contractual, commercial and/or labor obligations.
