Member of the Board of the Colombian Association of Natural Gas (Naturgas) from 1999 - 2003, representative of several companies in the Colombian Oil Association -ACP- and accounting expert in Courts of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota for oil & gas companies.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Has worked as commercial director and head of the commercial areas and pipelines and the area of joint operations with several international oil & gas companies, external auditor and independent consultant from 1989 to 2015. For over fifteen years he rendered professional services to oil & gas companies and pipelines also for five years was a member of the audit group of Ernst & Young where he was mainly dedicated to the issue of oil and gas. His expertise is primarily in marketing and export of oil and gas, transportation of oil, pipeline management, development of commercial projects, auditing, general accounting, management accounting and associated operations and budget management.
