Currently, the processes of technical, administrative and financial support allow its outsourcing, thereby allowing our clients to focus their best resources on the activity that represents their "core business" generating value for shareholders and investors.

For outsourcing services we have two technological platforms for the processing of information and the production of reports. Our accounting service is supported by ERP Siesa and for the payroll service the platform is Novasoft. These platforms have updated versions that allow us to offer assurance of the information in reference to compliance with technical-accounting, labor and fiscal standards of our country.

Finance-Accounting Outsourcing.

We provide a comprehensive service to our clients for the processing of financial and accounting transactions of the company and taxes related thereto, either, with our own resources or with our client’s resources.

We are able to issue accounting and financial reporting based on Accounting and Financial Information Standards accepted in Colombia (NCIF acronym per Spanish name) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); and the drafting and reporting to surveillance and control entities.

Payroll Outsourcing.

We offer payroll management and administration services for local and foreign employees, according to labor and fiscal regulations. Determine Para-fiscal taxes, payment and accounting records, issue payroll receipts, issue Income and Withholding Tax certificates.
